Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit to be used on a future purchase.

BOTTOM LINE: We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you're not, return it.

WHEN: You now have more time to decide! We will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Store Credit will be given for all returns. 

CONDITION: Items must be unworn (it's ok to try on), unwashed and in original new condition. We will not accept items with makeup stains, perfume or smoke scents, pet hair, body odor etc.

EXCLUSIONS: Sale items, all bedding, and gift certificates are final sale and can not be returned.

WHAT: We offer store credit or exchange only.  Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to issue your store credit. We will send you an email updating you once it has been processed.

Items marked as FINAL SALE or Clearance, all bedding, scarves, or gift certificates may NOT be returned and are FINAL SALE.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.  If you had FREE SHIPPING on the order and this return causes you to go below the free shipping minimum, any refund/online credit you receive will be less the estimated shipping charges for ground shipping.
